Jonathan Peralta

Jonathan Peralta transitioned from a successful career as a retail manager straight out of college to becoming a seasoned business owner. With over a decade of experience in the cleaning industry and ownership of multiple cleaning franchises, he gained valuable insight into both the strengths and weaknesses of the industry. Driven by a vision to raise standards and deliver a better client experience, Jonathan founded his own commercial cleaning company—built on efficiency, transparency, and quality service.

Brenda Kopytko

With over 15 years in the commercial cleaning industry and 35 years of customer service experience, I take pride in delivering top-tier cleaning solutions that keep businesses spotless, safe, and welcoming. As a business owner, I understand that a clean environment isn’t just about appearance—it’s about health, productivity, and making lasting impressions.

I’ve built my company on reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations. Whether it’s office buildings, medical facilities, or industrial spaces, my team and I provide customized cleaning solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.

I’m also IICRC-certified in water restoration, which means I’m trained to handle complex water damage situations with professionalism and technical precision. From routine janitorial services to emergency restoration work, my goal is to protect the value of my clients’ properties and ensure a clean, healthy environment.

Rob Guilmette

In 1993 I started cleaning the common areas in condominiums to make extra money as a side job to supplement my income.

In 2012 I was fortunate enough to reconnect with high school friends and we decided to form a commercial cleaning company called Vantage Point cleaning.

We took many classes to learn how to handle water restoration, carpet cleaning, steam cleaning of tile and grout and general cleaning.

We became IICRC certified and all these divisions.

We currently clean many offices, restaurants, and various facilities on a regular basis.

Fast forward to 2024 we decided to share our knowledge to other people who would like to get into the business. We have established a streamline and easy way to get a business up and running and we’re looking forward to share these experiences with you.
